Army-Enlisted Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan

A veteran of two tours to Iraq and one tour to Afghanistan.

During John’s first 14-month deployment, he lost 1 in his Cavalry Troop and best friend, 9 in his 1/4 Cavalry Squadron and 120 in 4th Brigade, 1st Infantry Division out of Fort Riley, Kansas all Killed In Action (KIA).

During John’s second tour he was responsible for taking care of our critical allies the Kurds and Yezidi’s in the Iraq Sinjar Mountain region. He briefed NATO and his Cavalry Squadron Command team on the March 2010 elections. He was recognized by NATO and command team.

While John was stationed in Wiesbaden, Germany he was assigned to V Corps. This is when he briefed 3-Star Command and Staff on Daily Intelligence briefings. This included information from the Presidential Daily briefing.

In Germany, John earned the Hessen Medal for Civil Courage.

4th Generation US Veteran:

Father is a former Nuclear Engine Operator on the USS Skipjack.

Grandfather (maternal) is a former Marine, Korean war veteran who cooked for Eisenhower.

Great grandfather (paternal-maternal) is an Army Air Corps veteran who landed on Normandy a few days after the invasion.


Started off 2022 working as a mechanic during the day and a mechanic at night working in snowy and frozen parking lots, not at a desk with enhanced COVID-19 stay at home measures.

Certified Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram. REBUILT HIS OWN 345 CI (5.7L) HEMI ENGINE.


Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Associate's in Automotive Technology and Engineering along with being a MCAP (MOPAR Career Automotive Program) graduate - Certified B Technician for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram.
